• Page views and clicks — collected by Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled
• Referral code — if you arrive via an affiliate link, we store the code in a cookie for 30 days

You provide to us

• Email address — when you submit a coin, buy a product, or sign up as an affiliate
• Project / name — on submission or purchase forms
• Wallet address — if you join the affiliate program for payouts
• Payment details — processed entirely by NOWPayments, never stored on our server

2. How we use this information

• To process coin submissions, orders, and affiliate payouts
• To contact you about your orders or submissions
• To prevent fraud, bot abuse and spam
• To improve the Service (analytics)
• To send transactional emails (receipts, affiliate commission alerts)

We NEVER sell your personal data. We NEVER send marketing emails without consent.

3. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Session cookies (apedegensniper): required for voting and admin login
• Referral cookie (cm_ref): tracks affiliate attribution for 30 days
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid): anonymous traffic analytics

5. Data retention

• Order records: kept 7 years for accounting / legal
• Affiliate accounts: kept until you request deletion
• Vote records: kept 90 days then purged
• Analytics data: anonymized after 14 months (GA4 default)

6. Your rights (GDPR + global)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all data we hold on you
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Security

We encrypt sensitive data in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. IPs are stored as SHA-256 hashes. Payment data is handled entirely by NOWPayments and never touches our servers.

The Service is NOT intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
